Taylor Swift is just a few short months away from arriving at Cardiff's Principality Stadium where she'll be bringing her Eras Tour. And a new report suggests Wales is the place to be for Tay-Tay fans, as Cardiff has been named the "cheapest city to attend the Eras Tour".

The event sold out incredibly quickly when tickets launched, though you can still grab some on Ticketmaster. But according to data from JeffBet, the capital has the best-priced amenities for an Enchanting night out with the Anti-Hero singer. The total cost of an evening out in Cardiff has been calculated to £89.

This number includes hotel, food and travel costs, making it £44 cheaper than London, which came in fourth at £135. The betting site's data claims the average cost for a hotel room came to around £65, while a meal hits £14, and a five-mile taxi journey would rack up £10 in costs. You can find hotels for Cardiff on Booking.com and Hotels.com.

While Cardiff came out on top in the UK, it still ranked third out of 18 European cities (just behind Warsaw, Poland, and Gelsenkirchen, Germany). Tickets were originally released for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in August 2023 through AXS and Ticketmaster, but they quickly sold out. However, there are still some tickets available and fans are encouraged to check them regularly.

Since then, the resale market has boomed. Hundreds of tickets are still available directly from viagogo and Vivid Seats. As a result, any Swifties keen to get a last-minute ticket can still do so using these links.

However, fans looking to do this should be warned. AXS released a statement claiming that any fans found with resold tickets could be refused entry to the shows. They said: "The only way to obtain a valid ticket for Taylor Swift’s shows is via the approved ticket agents. In the UK, the approved ticket agents are: Ticketmaster, AXS or directly through the venue’s website. In Ireland, the approved ticket agent is Ticketmaster. Any tickets found to be purchased via re-sale on the non-official secondary market will not be valid for entry into the concerts and will be cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale. Through official resale facilities, ticket resale prices are capped to help combat the inflation of ticket prices and put a stop to ticket touting. For more information on official resale facilities, fans should visit the website of their approved ticket agent.

viagogo, one of the world's largest resale sites, also commented: "The European leg of Taylor Swift’s Eras tour has been long anticipated. We’ve not seen anything like this since The Beatles and with tickets having only just gone on sale, demand is at its peak right now.

"viagogo is a regulated marketplace where fans have the freedom to buy and sell tickets to their favourite live events, safely and securely, backed by a guarantee. Sellers on our marketplace may list tickets at high values when demand is high, but prices can change and tend to reduce over time. We recommend Swifties wait for demand to settle and check regularly for a listing that meets their budget. Tickets for Taylor Swift’s UK dates have already sold for as low as 172 GBP on our platform. Also, tickets listed at eye-catchingly high levels rarely, if ever, sell." (sic)
